The office will re-open on Monday, August 23rd from 8:30-3:00 p.m.

If you would like to register your child at Park Public School, the following documents are required:

- a completed student registration form (available on the Halton District School Board website under Parent Information or you may pick up a copy at the school)

- proof of address (eg, property tax statement, purchase agreement to show property ownership or a lease agreement)

- birth certificate/passport

- immunization record
